Film Screening "Before They Die!"

Description: Celebration of Black History Month
JPAC will feature a documentary “Before They Die” in honor of black
history month. Film maker Reggie Turner will present his documentary
about the riot in Tulsa Oklahoma. The film chronicles the
actions of May 31, 1921 and the Journey for Justice waged by the
survivors since 2002. The screening will feature Mr. Turner in a Q&A.

8:30 – 9:00 PM – Reception
This event is presented in collaboration with Queens Library's Langston Hughes Community Library and Cultural Center
